Spring is coming

Time to plant pepper seeds and slip Geraniums. Every Autumn I am determined to mark the color of the geranium plants, but never do. I won't know how many I have of what until they blossom . It makes life interesting.

The peppers won't be big enough by Memorial Day if I don't get them in the pots by next week. I've got a big variety so there will be peppers aplenty for the neighborhood.

It's also he season when the cattle get antsy and wander out on the frozen creek set-back. They browse around in the brush at the edge. You would think that there wasn't a thing to munch on next to the barn . No matter how many big round bales are lined up, their noses lead them to the ice edge. If we can't convince them ,it will be the temporary fence again.
